White Cloth Hall - A brand new all-day food and drink hall is here
A brand new all-day food & drink hall has arrived in Leeds city centre. White Cloth Hall brings together several previously separate units in to one new venue, all set inside a beautiful Grade-II listed building near the Corn Exchange.
From the team behind Whitelock's you'll find a range of options here to suit everyone, from speciality coffee, a wine bar, a light and airy food hall with options from four vendors, and of course a bar selling everything from craft, to standard draught, and also cask.
Food options come from Lupton's Chop House (grill & oyster bar), Kuala Limpur Café (Malaysian), Salma (Mexican), and Morty's (Focacceria).
Now on to the thing we're here for - the beer! I had a North Piñata but for non-craft fans there's also other options such as Madri (and also trusty old Guinness), in fact, it's nice to see a good mix that offers something for everyone.
There's also speciality coffee and wines available in separate halls (remember BrewDog Leeds?).
As well as seating downstairs there's also several separate mezzanine levels overlooking the main hall, and also outdoor seating for sunnier visits.
Best of all you can scan the QR code on your table to order items from all vendors in one payment, meaning you don't have to go to each one individually. It works so well! (The Northern Market could definitely take note of this....)
We're not sure if it's a destination in itself to add to your pub crawl for a swift one, but if you're looking for fantastic food options and good drinks to complement then you cannot go wrong. It's definitely a fantastic new addition to Leeds.
